Cancellation and Return
You can withdraw your order by contacting us before the products are sent. If the order has already been sent, we will not refund the shipping costs of the order.
You are entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 28 days from date of receipt. Please email shop@bestiestarplushies.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
