We hope you love your bestie star plushies purchase; however, if you have any concerns please email us with your order number at shop@bestiestarplushies.com. If you would like to return or exchange any item please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in perfect condition, with it's original packaging. The responsibility for the item and the delivery cost of it’s return is yours.

Please use a secure delivery method to guarantee safe return delivery. Refunds are credited to the account that made the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply).
